GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

       All items are subject to prior sale. The best method to place an order is to copy and paste the item into your email request, or attached word document. When doing so, please include your shipping address so I can generate the invoice. Books will be held for up to 14 days following receipt of order (until payment is received and check or money order has cleared), but we try to ship items quickly.

                                                                PAYMENT

 

       Payment must be made in U. S. Dollars only, in the form of personal or bank check, money orders (drawn only on U. S. banks or USPS), or Paypal. Cash is accepted but is sent entirely at the risk of the customer.  Overseas customers are encouraged to use Paypal.  When an order is received, I will return the invoice by e-mail to the customer. Educational institutions and government agencies will be billed via invoice upon receipt of purchase order.

 

                                                               SHIPPING

 

       Items are shipped within 5 business days from receipt of payment unless other arrangements are made at the request of the customer, or if the order is exceptionally large (e. g. 30 or more volumes). In the later circumstance, an additional few days might be required. Shipping and packing charges for UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS are generally $5.00 for most first books (e. g. most “bulletins”) and $1.00 per additional book.  Heavier items adjusted as required. Our goal is not to profit from shipping and handling, but rather to break even, so to speak. Insurance available at customer request and additional expense, though is included automatically on large orders.

 

     Domestic orders are shipped USPS media rate. UPS is available at additional expense (they charge more). Intentional orders are shipped by the least-expensive USPS method available, depending on item size and wieght. In some cases, orders to Canada may be sent via UPS ground if that is the least-expensive option and acceptable to the customer.

 

                                                              RETURNS

 

       Any book may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, but must be postmarked within seven (7) business days from date of receipt unless other arrangements are made. All costs for return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. In the event an item is returned because of a significance omission in our description, we will reimburse its cost and shipping charges promptly.
