GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE. Customers are advised to email to reserve books before sending any remittance. Your order will be confirmed promptly. Books will be held for receipt of payment for 14 days following their reservation. Credit card orders will be shipped as soon as your card information has been verified.
PAYMENT:
U.S. Funds only. Payment may be made by check , money order, or credit card. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Bona fide educational and government institutions will be billed upon receipt of a purchase order.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Orders will be shipped by Media Mail rate. Shipping charges are $4.75 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional book. Inquire for shipping on heavier items (e. g. USGS Annual Reports, Monograph Atlases, etc...). Customers may request shipping by Priority Mail, U.P.S. or other carriers at additional expense. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping will be actual cost plus $2.00. Please specify surface or air when placing your order.
RETURNS:
Any book may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping charges. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and package must be postmarked within 7 business days from initial receipt unless other arrangements have been made or circumstances intervene. You need not state your reasons for returns.
SUBSCRIPTIONS:
You can subscribe to receive email notices when each new catalog is posted by going to "New Customer Registration" and completing the form. If you wish to discontinue your subscription send an email with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
